Chairman & Partner – Abdulrahman Abanami
Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from King Saud University, in 1985. In the same year, he joined the Riyadh City Telecommunications (“Saudi Telecom Company”), where he was appointed as Manager of the Claims Office from 1985 to 1990. He then served as Head of the Legal Department for the Central Region from 1990 to 1992. Subsequently, he began practicing law and providing legal consultancy through his own private office under a license issued by the Ministry of Commerce at the time, until the issuance of the Law Practice Regulation. He is considered one of the first licensed lawyers to practice the profession, holding license number 177/23. He is also a member of the Saudi Bar Association and the Arab Lawyers Union. He is also a Co-founder partner and Chairman of the Board of Managers at Lexpert Advocacy & Legal Consultancy.
Managing Partner – Jamal Al-Otaibi
A PhD researcher, Holds a Master’s degree (LL.M) in Commercial Law with distinction (2015) and a Bachelor's degree in Law (2000). A former advisor at the Ministry of Commerce, he has been a licensed attorney since 2004, under license no. 95/25 issued by the Ministry of Justice. He is a member of the Saudi Bar Association and an international fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), UK. He is also a co-founding partner and Board Member of Lexpert Advocacy & Legal Consultancy.
Co-Founder Partner – Nashmi bin Qaed
Holds a Master’s degree (LL.M) in Tax Law from the University of Florida, USA (2020), a Master’s degree in Commercial Law from Dar Al Uloom University, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (2016), and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Al Mustaqbal University (2014). He is a practicing attorney with over ten years of experience and a member of the Saudi Bar Association. He is also a published author in leading international legal platforms such as Tax Notes and LexisNexis, and a visiting lecturer at IE University. His areas of expertise include commercial and tax law in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as well as international tax practices and treaties. He also serves as a member of the Board of Directors at Lexpert Advocacy & Legal Consultancy.
Xavier Seguí
Holds a Postgraduate Diploma in International Taxation from ESADE in Barcelona, an LLM in Tax Advisory and Planning from UIC Barcelona, and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Pompeu Fabra University. He also completed a full-year Erasmus legal program at KU Leuven, Belgium. A Spanish-qualified tax lawyer with over 12 years of experience in international taxation, with a particular focus on the tax and zakat regulations of Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC region. He brings deep expertise in cross-border tax planning, regulatory compliance, and advisory services for multinational and regional clients.
Mubarak Jak
He holds a Master's degree (LL.M) in Law with distinction from the University of Khartoum, 2004, and a Bachelor's degree in Law from the same University, 1999. A licensed attorney since 2000. He has served as a legal advisor in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for over twenty years , he is an expert in dispute resolution and litigation, with a focus on administrative and labor law.
Hazem Al-Sharif
He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Assiut University, Egypt (1990), and has been a practicing attorney for over 35 years, specializing in contract review and legal advisory services in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He is also a member of the Arab Lawyers Union.
Nasser Al-Eissa
Holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Financial Management. He previously served at the Ministry of Investment for 15 years, during which he held positions including Licensing and Government Services Specialist, Regional Director of the Business Center in both the Central and Western Regions, and Director of the Investment Monitoring Department. He was also a member of the committee responsible for developing the Licensing Procedures Manual and is recognized as an expert and advisor in foreign investment affairs.
